We want you to love your Birdies products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn items back in their original box, secure the package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
