Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your new favorite pair sooner.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges are always free, while returns for a refund are subject to a small restocking fee.
How do I care for my Birdies footwear?
To keep your shoes looking their best, we recommend using a fabric protector spray for our velvet and suede styles. For leather options, a damp cloth is usually sufficient for surface cleaning.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our wings and bring Birdies to more countries in the near future.
